Excellent high quality sofa and ottoman!!!

the couch looks smaller on camera but its true to size, its pretty comfy it came 3 days apart in 2 huge boxes it took me and my husband a good 2 hours to build since nothing is actually labeled it doesn’t sit to low to the ground which is great since myhusband is about 6’3 and its long enough for him to lay on with about half a cushion left of space the pillows fluff out immediately but still take a few hours to get to there full potential.(the right side is the most recently unboxed) the back is sturdy enough to lean on and not feel like its gonna break which is great:) and the foot rest does have extra storage but the couch itself does not(not in this color at least) overall we really enjoy this couch and it is sturdy 🙂

Great Couch
Overall a great couch. I was able to most of it together alone. Had some issues with the table. It’s comfy and long enough to lay out on. The ottoman is a great size. The material feels soft and is easy to clean. I got the grey and the couch is a great grey color. Height works well for me, I’m 5’5” and fit comfy on it. I think it’s a great value and size for the price.

Worth the price!
My son put it together for me and he said the instructions were good. It’s not too soft or too hard to sit comfortably for long periods of time. I really like the movable headrests and it’s nice having a cup holder. The dark grey is a pretty color, too. The storage under the cushions and ottoman is really handy to store your winter blankets! It’s worth the amount I paid for it.

Very Nice Sofa
Very long and functional! A terry cloth feel and the color is a nice medium brown. The storage compartments are AMAZING in addition to the removable ottoman. The let out tray in the center is quite an attractive feature for this to not be a sectional. We rarely use that because we forget it’s there. The removable headrests are also a convenient feature of the sofa because it gives the ability to share the headrest space with others who sit on the sofa as well. The only place you cannot place the headrest is where the let out tray is, that space is designed solely for the tray. Overall the sofa is a great “BANG FOR YOUR BUCK”.

Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It lasted half a year before it broke down & it arrived with missing bolts. Didn’t even get a full refund for it. You’re better off going to an actual furniture store for a sectional.

My kids broke it in a little over a month
I bought this because it said it could hold a lot of weight and I liked the storage. We ordered it May 25th and had everything by June 2nd and got it all set up. It was nice, comfy and soft. July 9th I came downstairs to find the back of the couch almost touching the floor. My kids were messing around and the backrest/storage broke. It is not piecemealed, with two L-brackets holding the base of the couch together and a bar going across the lid/seat, since the only support that has is the back of the storage part of the couch.Upon fixing it, I realized that the wood used, is basically just plywood and the only thing holding the frame together is staples. Since the backrest does not even touch the floor, and completely relies on the back of the storage/seat, I feel that maybe they could have done more to reinforce the back. I don’t know how it can say it can hold 1,000 lbs, with only metal brackets slid into place is holding the back on.I did try to contact customer service, to see if there was even a chance to just get that one part, since the rest of the couch is fine. Trying to contact someone, especially a month later, is not happening. Now we are stuck with a couch that is just holding together. I don’t know how long the rest of it will hold together. It really saddens me that this even happened, because again, it is comfy. I bought it because people said it was good for families with kids. Maybe that meant little kids. I would suggest this for someone without kids or make sure you have it against a wall.

Worth the money
Very comfy, fairly easy to put together, much better than I anticipated and expected.Would definitely buy another or again if needed
