Have Had a Hitachi drill for many years and have been VERY happy with it. It recently gave up the ghost. However, I can buy 4 1/2 of these drills for the price of the Hitachi. The power in this drill, in my opinion, easily matches my Hitachi. I have not run a battery out on it yet so I can’t compare the length of battery time to the Hitachi. I likely will be buying another for a spare (just in case).

The handle design is excellent – easy to hold and operate. Changing drill bits is straightforward in the 3/8 inch chuck (the ‘jaws’ were easy to open and then tighten).The overall weight of the drill is not too taxing on my arm. I like the LED light feature to help for more precise drilling. Also, the sound level is decent – doesn’t mimic a freight train!
