Perfect for a limited space utility room!
When trying to find a solution to fold clothes away from pet hair in a small laundry room, this item not only functions as described, but also looks great in our space! The dropdown side to make the surface area smaller when not in use is such a great idea and good use of any space large or small. Highly recommend.

Nice appearance, seems sturdy
This wall mounted table came well packaged. All the pieces were in perfect condition. Assembly was straight forward. I think this drop leaf table will be perfect for our cabin’s small kitchen.I found a couple of minor issues with the assembly. One of four wing-bolts (part E) would not tighten in the threaded insert in the underside of the table top (part 2). The bolt threads look okay, so I don’t know what the problem is. Also several of the small hinge screws (part B) did not tighten sufficiently. I’ll use a dab of wood glue to fix this. Otherwise there were no problems with the assembly.BTW, the table is not centered on the window because I wanted to anchor the table to a wall stud, which I think is better than relying entirely on drywall anchors.

Not made of the highest quality materials. Had to add some liquid nails to some places but once we did that itâs very sturdy and easy to fold and unfold. Fits perfectly in my small laundry room.

Perfect for packaging
You have to put this together before you hang it on the wall, so be prepared to have a 2nd person to help. Instructions are easy to follow. I got this for a packaging table and it works great. It has adjusters under it so you can drop it down a little or almost entirely, when not in use. Very sturdy and worth the money.

This desk is the perfect size for my small room. I utilize it on the days I work remotely.More amazing is the customer service. I built the desk prior and when I finally went to mount it to my wall I couldnât find my hardware to do so. I reached out to Costway through the Amazon app and received a reply the same day. They sent me a photo of the parts page and asked what I needed. They are sending me the required parts to finish the project. So impressed with the swiftness of the replies and the desire to make things right for the customer. Will definitely purchase other items from this brand.

This product is great for a small space. We originally thought is was going to be cheap looking and not sturdy. However, it looks amazing, it’s a space saver, and it’s very sturdy. You must make sure you screw into a beam to ensure the sturdiness. Love this.

Product is good. Choice of hardware not so much.Stock wall anchors is a joke. The seller was kind enough to credit me $10 spent on HomeDepot 80-90lb anchors instead. Smallest screws not the best match (they did not think it through).
