The couch itself is the most gorgeous piece of furniture. An ideal size for what I need as well. The biggest shout out to Nathan, the delivery guy who was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Item arrived before it was scheduled. Excellent service.

This product was delivered by an old gentleman in a POV truck. I helped him take the item to the door since I didn’t want him to have a heart attack. Once I opened the box I noticed the lighter color of faded leather. It was not deep dark and luxurious. What’s more disappointing is that it felt more like paper than Italian leather. I have a Natuzzi set already for my living room. This was suppose to go to my apartment in Minnesota but it’s not even close to what was shown online. For $2500 this product should be immaculate for just a love seat.
