Very, Very Happy with these Patio Chairs!
I spent a lot of time looking for swivel chairs that had a higher weight capacity. These chairs were the highest I could find. They were shipped quickly and the packing was EXCELLECT. Even tho the boxes were a bit dinged up, all four of my chairs were perfectly undamaged. Another pleasant surprise? Taking off the protective packaging was the most difficult part of assembly. There are just four bolts that attach a plate to the bottom of the chair seat and then a rod on that plate inserts into the base of the chair. SOOOOO easy and the chairs are well made, sturdy, comfortable and great looking. Great chairs
I like the style, quality, not much the cushions because are very thin, but no big deal I can buy some thicker cushions.

Excellent Product and Customer Service
We ordered a set of 4 patio bar stools from Creative Products and 2 arrived damaged. We contacted the seller and that same day, he wrote back to say he was replacing them immediately. They came a few days later. The customer service rep. was efficient and very concerned about fixing the problem. They contacted several times to assure our satisfaction. Outstanding service. The chairs are beautiful and an attractive addition to our patio. We would buy from them again.

Great quality for price
Not easy to assemble, takes two people as instructed in directions, but good quality metal seats. Cushions are sumbrella material, but a bit thinner padding than expected, but still nice quality. Lots of parts and protective packing was incredible, but took some time to unwrap. Parts came in plastic divided (reusable) containerâ¦but a few moved during shipping and crackedâ¦so some parts were found loose in the bottom of the large boxâ¦count your parts (I was only missing one small washerâ¦but easily replaced) Not bad for the 10 chairs we orderedðð

Buy super glue.
These stools are fantastic!!! Your buttocks will feel pleasures youâve never known! Just buy them and let the sweet sensation of butt satisfaction rule your world!!!! On a side note, the rubber pieces that go on the legs and keep them level donât stay on. They fell right off. Had to purchase super glue to fix. Besides that. Fantastic!

Excellent Customer Service!
Not only did we get our four chairs earlier than anticipated, we had one chair that was broken and their customer service was excellent. They responded quickly and replaced the chair. In addition the chairs are exactly as pictured and the perfect height for our outside bar!
