I love the pans. They cook very evenly. Donât warp (Because Iâve heated and cooled them correctly). I never ever use metal utensils on them.HOWEVERâ¦I gave it five but it should be 4 1/2 because every time Iâve used them I spend 10-15 minutes polishing the bottom again to get the shine back.Theyâre stainless. Iâve heated them slowly and added oil and allowed them to cool. Regardless they will still have rainbow discoloration in the bottom if you cook medium to high heat.

Everything sticks
Nice heavy sturdy pans but even after greasing them with olive oil or better, everything sticks. Fairly difficult to clean.

Great product
These skillets are well made. The surface heats evenly for uniform cooking and they clean up easily.I highly recommend this product.
