The pans are made of 18/8 Stainless Steel and not like in the product description. It feels like low quality china pans and everything sticks despite i have made all the right steps (temperature, etc.)

This 8â skillet was exactly what I was looking for. Great quality, and havenât had a problem with food sticking when cooking. Easy to clean. It has a good sturdy and attractive handle that makes it easy to handle while cooking and washing. Highly recommend!

Super kitchen tool fry pan
Who said stainless steel isn’t nonstick! Just heat the pan without any oil/butter until it is hot…then had some oil/butter. You will see that your items do not stick if you do it right. This is a great small pan for anytime cooking. I use it on a radiant burner, but I am sure it is great on other types of cooking ranges. The size and shape is right. I’ve used this daily since I received it with no extra discoloration in the process. This has a interesting feature that the handle is held by nuts, so you could disassemble it if you need to (most pans have permanent riveted handles).

great little pan
This pan is awesome and I love it. You screw the handle on when you get it. It is substantial and not a cheap light weight pan. The design is attractive, with a more rounded top slightly than some flatter skillets. It makes it easier to keep food in. The stainless steal is beautiful and cleans up better than other stainless pans I have. It’s obviously not non stick and that’s what I love about stainless, it’s healthier than coated pans, but with this pan food actually comes off of it slightly easier. It washes just fine in the dishwasher and by hand. Very nice, well made high quality brand and skillet. I have ordered more sizesUpdate: I have had these pans now for many months and I wanted to let people know 2 main complaints you don’t realize in the beginning. The edges of all the skillets I have from this company are super sharp and if you run your finger over it just barely when cleaning it, it will slice you open like a high end knife. I’ve dont it now a million times and I’m finally done using these pans because of this. Also it is not non stick. Like other reviews state, eggs stick like crazy and it’s a nightmare and hours of soaking to clean them. So unfortunately I do not recommend these pans anymore

Cute Pan That Works As Well As It Is Cute
The diamond like pattern works well at keeping food from sticking. I bought the pan to test the technology. This was the cheapest pan that had the hybrid technology. I think it was a good buy. When the pan came, I washed it and decided to cook an egg. I put the pan on med heat and put some olive in the pan. Like the manufacturer claims, the oil stuck and spread itself evenly. I put the egg in and it cooked evenly. I think I had the heat up a little too high, but will test it as I use it more. Maybe Med-Low next time. The egg cooked evenly and didn’t stick as advertised. I used my silicone spatula so I haven’t yet tested the claim that you can safely use metal utensils. The egg slid right out of the pan and clean up was super easy. The only concern I have is the rim of the pan is turning brown… After just one use…! We’ll see how it holds up. Also the pan is a very lightweight and I am a little concerned about how even it distributes heat. But I will admit, the egg did cook evenly so I’ll need to test it a little more to get a feel for how well heat is distributed. The diamond pattern is attractive to look at and the 6″ pan is barely big enough to cook an egg or hold a slice of bread. The egg did taste great though. So for the moment, I’m impressed.

Build it yourself, but surprisingly good.
I recently purchased an induction stovetop and needed a little egg pan. This came with DIY instructions – put the handle on, bolt it down, and you’re good to go. It works incredibly well on induction. I was very surprised considering the price. Perfect little fry/egg pan!

Nice pan but eggs stick
This is a sturdy pan – just disappointed that nothing tried works with it for eggs. They stick. Always. Skillet is fairly easy to clean but over easy just isnât happening. Same results with this brand in a larger size.
