Easy to use and great coffee
I started with the Phillip’s 5500 but returned it because the machine was too complicated to use and clean plus the coffee was warm, not hot.I purchased De’Longhi because of the reviews on Amazon and YouTube and have had this machine for over a month. This is my review:1. Easy set up and maintenance – the display gives step by step instructions and tells you when it’s time to clean.2. Easy to use with touch screen and lots of options for drinks.3. Makes excellent coffees – vanilla almond milk latte with extra shot is my favorite.4. Definitely worth the price.The only downside is that, when I use the frother, the coffees could be hotter but I have seen this complaint with all of the machines from all of the manufacturers.

Wonderful machine
If youâre looking for a wonderful, easy to use, exceptional coffee machine this is for you. Wonderful coffee machine
A month after purchase, very happy with the ease of use of this coffee machine and the multiple coffee selections. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that I am disappointed with the amount of thin plastic that could have been better reinforced with metal on parts that are taken in and out daily to clean. Always try to be very careful that nothing inadvertently breaks. For something that cost over $1000, it couldâve been better constructed. Everything else with the machine gets five stars and I still feel it was a very worthwhile purchase.

Poor quality machine and support is horrible
I was so excited to receive the machine – makes great coffee. All of a sudden it kept going to milk drinks and you had to exit out to get all drinks. I usually make coffee so this was extremely annoying. It then started flashing between Milk and Coffee drinks (the light below those) and you had to clear out. Then it no longer lights up with you hit either. Due to it being purchase just over 60 days I now had to go directly to DeLonghi and their support is horrendous. We did some troubleshooting and it was determined there is a bad computer / communication board and it needs to be sent in. I then receive email I will receive a box with instructions and I received an empty shipping box with label, padding but no instructions. I wanted about a week for instructions to be emailed and never happened. I am packing it today taking to fed ex and hoping for the best. For a machine over $1K and having these type of issues in less than 90 days it should be replaced and they should refurbish this machine. Thankful I saved by Moca Master coffee pot in the event of issues or I would have no coffee pot for 2 weeks minimum. Very disappointed and regretful I ever purchased.

Best Delonghi Magnifica to date!
Great product so far and it exceeds my expectations and more! Great coffee drinks, excellent tasting coffee down to the last drop. Makes 18 different drinks and it does it near Barista quality. I have owned several other older Magnificas in the past and one is almost 10 years old. The key to making these units last so long is some TLC cleaning once a week. The great thing about newer units like Magnifica Plus is itâs much, much easier to clean with less of a mess. 3 year warranty if you register online..

My new favorite appliance
What a wonderful machine this one is.It makes better coffee than Starbucks at the touch of a single button. The only thing I would improve is the beans tray, it would be nice to be able to remove it to change the beans for different kinds.Totally worth spending the money.

Worth it.
Bought this to replace an older similar coffee maker that was showing signs of wear and tear. Decided to try this one based on other reviews and features compared to similar makers. Always had good luck with DeLonghi products in the past and this is no different. Brews a great cup of coffee and offers every type of coffee your family and guest can request. Easy and intuitive to use and clean. Have gotten several positive comments from family and guests on both quality of drink and looks. A definite recommendation.

Makes really great coffee. Very easy to use and the milk attachment is dishwasher safe. Itâs easy to simply take off and store in the fridge too so you arenât having to clean it daily.It self cleans before and after each use which is nice.My only real complaint would be that the âXLâ size fills up a standard mug – at least with latte or cappuccino selected. I havenât yet tested non milk based coffees.
