Can’t be happier!! Bargain, gorgeous, well-made, well-designed
Wow! Just gorgeous, I look at these chrome beauties in passing and smile every time. Bought one brushed nickel one to compare, but it had flaws including the brushing’s being haphazard. The chrome ones are just awesome, smooth action, well-designed and manufactured, and a bargain!! I bought $100 German-designed door levers for the master suite, pantry and guest bathroom, but I have to say I like these better in many ways. The rose on these babies slips on perfectly, always flush with the door, everything’s easy. OH, except one thing. I recommend getting replacement #8 3/4″ flat-head screws instead of using the included ones whose screws have narrower threading toward the head. I stripped a couple of attachments to my power screwdriver because of them and they were not easy to screw in even with the power or by hand. With the new screws, ahhhhh, no problem. Badabing. FYI: privacy button is right in the center under the handle and is also pretty. Unlock by pressing with an allen key or some skinny thing.

Great value. Work great and easier to install than others suggest.
This item was pretty easy to install as long as you’ve installed some of these before. The inside handle has a cap you take off, once you figure that out, it’s easy. Works well and looks great. I was considering spending $80 on a similar one and I’m glad they were on back order otherwise I might not have bought this one. I thought I was taking a chance due to some of the comments but I can’t see what they’re talking about. I don’t usually review so for me to do this, the price and ease of the product versus the alternatives out there represents a great value others should be confident to get.

Very Elegant Looking
I’ve bought these handles for three different apartment units in the last two years and they look very sharp and elegant. It’s a fraction of the price of what you can expect to pay at Home Depot and my contractor was quite surprised on how well made these handles are.

Quality, stylish door hardware upgrade at a good price
Feels more expensive than it costs, due to its heavy weight and polished finish. This was my first lock I ever installed and I found it manageable by using the included instructions, tool and screws. It took me awhile only because the cap that covers the tightening screws was on so tight that it took some effort to pry the cap off without scratching the finish. But the end result is worth it because there are no visible screws to spoil the clean look. Fits nicely in my 1-3/8″ door. Eyeballed it (instead of using a lever) to adjust and level the handles and it looks great – clean, stylish, contemporary elegance. Feels good in the hand and solid. Was impressed enough to repurchase it and replace all my other door handles. Took off 1 star due to the difficulty of removing the cap covering the screws and because the finish on the handles appears to have a slight indentation.

This is a great handle. I ordered one to make sure it’s what I want — I replaced a handle on one door with this new handle and love it. Very heavy feel and nice-feeling “action” — in other words, it’s truly high quality; I could see and feel that as I installed it and am very, very happy. I’m oredering them for the rest of my interior doors.

Great, contemporary choice. Bit tricky to install the first one (European design on North American pre drilled door) but after that it’sa piece of cake and well worth the effort. They elevate simple decor.

DO NOT BUY! Absolute crap! I’m a designer and I love the clean look of these. We had them professionally installed and they’re all falling apart! All are defective and non of them lock properly. They’re falling apart. Everything is horrible about them except their design!

Received a defective unit and had bad installation instructions, but otherwise a beautiful lever
The overall design and feel of the door handle is pretty good. Looks nice modern, bought this for a bathroom door to match the decor and the other finishes in the bathroom.Unfortunately for me the one sent to me was defective but I really needed to install this door handle and didn’t want to return the item if I was able to fix the issue. I found the issue was the adjustable latch that adjust either the 2 3/8″ or 2 3/4″ backsets it was not working correctly. The lack was stuck in the 2 3/4 setting and would move to the 2 3/8 position. Ended up removing the latch to check the cause of the non-functionally latch. Turns out the hook shaped at the inside end of the latch was bent out of shape and stuck, I used a pair of pliers and bent the lack back into its correct shape, after being able to adjust to 2 3/8 position the door lever was able to install, still took a little wrestling to get it to fix correctly. Proceeding further into the install was not any easier because the directions in the included manual were very bad. One of the face plate/flange needed to be removed and then rotated around so to utilize the privacy lock button hole to stick the screw driver in the hole and tighten the two screws that bring both sides of the plates/handles tight against the door and secure on the door hole.
