The metal seems very thin and cheap but you get what you pay for. The instructions arenât clear but youâll figure it out as you go.

Bunk bed set looks great and customer service was awesome!
I received my bunk bed set and I was missing one part which was a bummer but I contacted customer service and they were able to get me the parts I was missing. They contacted me through the whole process of them sending it up until I received the package. They even sent me a message to make sure I got the package, if I needed help installing and if I was happy with the results at the end. The product is great and the kids love the bunk bed and desk but the customer service put this over the top. Greatly appreciate them for all their help!

Major Assembly Issues – Save Your Time and Money
I had such high hopes for this bunk bed with desk combo. My son finally got his own room, and we were excited to create a perfect space for him. Unfortunately, this purchase turned into a complete nightmare.I spent nearly 6 hours attempting to assemble this bed, only to discover that the pieces simply don’t fit together properly. While the materials appear to be of decent quality, it seems the pieces were cut incorrectly during manufacturing. What should have been a straightforward assembly turned into an exercise in futility – no amount of adjusting or realigning would make the components match up.The most frustrating part is the poor customer service. The sellers take ages to respond to messages, leaving us in limbo. Meanwhile, my son is forced to sleep on the couch because we’d already removed his old furniture in anticipation of this new bed. The significant investment in both the furniture itself and the expensive shipping costs makes this situation even more disappointing.At this point, I’m seeking either a full refund or correctly cut replacement pieces, though either option means more wasted time and hassle. It’s deeply disappointing that what should have been an exciting upgrade for my son’s room has turned into such a stressful ordeal.Pros:- Materials appear to be good quality- Design looks nice (if it could be assembled)Cons:- Parts don’t fit together properly- Appears to have manufacturing defects- Extremely time-consuming and frustrating assembly- Poor customer service response- Expensive shipping costs- Complete waste of time and moneyWould not recommend this product unless the manufacturer can verify they’ve resolved these quality control issues.ââââââââââââââââ

Overall this isnât terrible, but the directions are terrible and it has a million pieces. A few of the pieces arrived dented and one of the pieces had a hole drilled in the wrong place-see photo. It should have lined up with the middle of the vertical pole. I donât feel like itâs very sturdy, either. A few of the pieces didnât fit together correctly. Iâm not sure how long this will last.

Pay attention to detail
If you like puzzles this bed itâs for you lol. I had the same problem as the other review below with the holes not lining up . However it was my fault. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to rotate piece #8 180° and voilà it fit. I did get a dent part from shipping but theyâll be sending me a replacement. My kids love the bed
