I received my bunk bed set and I was missing one part which was a bummer but I contacted customer service and they were able to get me the parts I was missing. They contacted me through the whole process of them sending it up until I received the package. They even sent me a message to make sure I got the package, if I needed help installing and if I was happy with the results at the end. The product is great and the kids love the bunk bed and desk but the customer service put this over the top. Greatly appreciate them for all their help!

I had such high hopes for this bunk bed with desk combo. My son finally got his own room, and we were excited to create a perfect space for him. Unfortunately, this purchase turned into a complete nightmare.I spent nearly 6 hours attempting to assemble this bed, only to discover that the pieces simply don’t fit together properly. While the materials appear to be of decent quality, it seems the pieces were cut incorrectly during manufacturing. What should have been a straightforward assembly turned into an exercise in futility – no amount of adjusting or realigning would make the components match up.The most frustrating part is the poor customer service. The sellers take ages to respond to messages, leaving us in limbo. Meanwhile, my son is forced to sleep on the couch because we’d already removed his old furniture in anticipation of this new bed. The significant investment in both the furniture itself and the expensive shipping costs makes this situation even more disappointing.At this point, I’m seeking either a full refund or correctly cut replacement pieces, though either option means more wasted time and hassle. Overall this isn’t terrible, but the directions are terrible and it has a million pieces. A few of the pieces arrived dented and one of the pieces had a hole drilled in the wrong place-see photo. It should have lined up with the middle of the vertical pole. I don’t feel like it’s very sturdy, either. A few of the pieces didn’t fit together correctly. I’m not sure how long this will last.

If you like puzzles this bed it’s for you lol. I had the same problem as the other review below with the holes not lining up . However it was my fault. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to rotate piece #8 180° and voilà it fit. I did get a dent part from shipping but they’ll be sending me a replacement. My kids love the bed
