Very happy with this bed
I was a little skeptical reading the reviews but the instructions were not bad at all, itâs a little overwhelming seeing all the parts but it was not bad at all. Took about an hour and a half to build and it is very sturdy! My kids loved it and havenât left their room all day! Highly recommend, would buy again

Good bed, some minor issues
The bed is sturdy and pretty nice. Very heavy but has a nice feel. The outlet is cool to have too, I wish it was a little tighter to the bar though. It kind of hangs there loosely. Really this bed should be a little cheaper (for price including the shipping).One complaint is the benches are kind of annoying and not built well. The metal just slides around. Honestly we would have paid extra for the pads to be included instead of having to go find some that fit. Another problem is some of the metal is not cut straight so lining the bed up and keeping it Square was difficult. Lastly, where the anchors attach to the bed do not call for a washer but they definitely need a washer or the anchor falls right off. Luckily they give you extra hardware so we had left over washers to use.The bottom does convert to be another bed area, but the table has to be unscrewed to do so. Meaning you have to detach the bed from the wall in order to convert the bottom. So definitely not something you can change each day.We are happy with it though! My son loves it and is super happy with it. We just have to make some minor adjustments to make it work a little better.

Parts arenât aligned correctly
Overall I enjoyed the look of the product but putting it together wasnât a pleasant experience at all, some of the frame was warped or bent, missing the plug for the hanging bar screw, the wood screw holes only line up on one side not the other, some of the screwâs themselves had holes that were stripped by the time you screwed it in with the tool given so who knows how your supposed to get it apart without an allen wrench not sized correctly.

Pretty cool
Iâve got it for my daughter for her birthday. Itâs a little wobbly but she loves it. We suspect itâs gonna be anyway so not a big deal. It looks pretty cool. Itâs perfect space being in fourth grade. it was so awesome. My daughter wouldnât stop talking about it. She would spend hours during night time just playing games and stuff in her bed. She did have about enough social activity and she Could beat the boys muscle probably the best product Iâve ever bought Also comes with LED lights

Support railing too short
There is no help and no one to call. I sent and email with no response. I mistakenly brought the wrong bed to begin with so imagine how disappointed I am that this one is defected.

Cute bunkbed set-up. HORRIBLE instructions
Horrible, horrible instructions!! We had so many extra parts lefted over. The parts weren’t listed on the instructions. The desktop holes did not match up with the screw holes. The build took us six hours to complete. It is a cute build once complete but instructions should be much more easier.

Dictac Metal Bunk
It’s a good quality metal bunk, however only down is the need to screw the top back ends to the wall to avoid possible tipping. If you are using both top and bottom bunks your good to go. Also, since it’s a metal bunk the bed does come with cushion tape to cover pointy or uncomfortable areas for comfort.
