Fan doesnât work . Lights do work
I like this fan but thereâs an issue with the fan not working . Iâve tried using the app and the remote. The lights work and look good . Waiting to hear back from customer service but it seems like this item will need to be returned

I purchased this fan/light for my bedroom. I was looking for something a little more unique. One of the main features I liked was that I could pair it with my iPhone. after my purchase I attempted many times to pair it and with no success. I messaged the company for help. We have been in contact many, many time in the past month. When writing them they would always respond by the next day. After all these messages and me sending videos I attempted to pair it with another device and it was successful. After doing the usual power down and back on of my phone I still had no success. I looked for updates to my iPhone and after installing new updates the pairing was successful. It was not the fan/lights bluetooth being the problem it was my iPhone needing updated. I have gotten so many compliments on this and I am loving it extremely. The light is so much brighter than I expected. The dimming variables are awesome and the fan is quiet. With this fan being right above my bed with low ceilings it throws off nice air. The fan adjustment speeds make it so nice with the many levels it suits all of my needs. In conclusion I wouldn’t not only recommend this beautiful and unique fan/light I would highly recommend this company for my future purchases. Many thanks for patience and response to their customer service team.

excellent addition and powerful light
THe light is strong which is great for my office. The fan is also small and efficient. Gives a great look. The added features are a bonus such as dimmable, different fan modes, timer etc. Love it!

Nice Light, Lousy instructions
This light is great so far. Love the color and intensity adjustment, and the fan should be great in warmer months. I am very happy with this purchase.However, the light requires some assembly, and the directions are very poorly written. While not all that difficult, some understanding of mechanical assembly goes a long way in putting this light together. Also, the size of the finished light makes it almost impossible to install with only one person. A helping hand is nearly essential.Additionally, this light is hard wired. Knowledge of electrical wiring is a must for proper connection. Hire a professional if you are not qualified!

Fan works. Not a very big fan, but will stir air beneath- like a bed or so. Beautiful light effect tho- love the color control/dimmer. Bought for my teen daughter, need her to fall in love with her room so she will keep it clean, and it is working. She loves the light, and the look it gives the room. I am happy.

Loving it, so convenient!!!!
works amazingly great! Beautiful look. So many great features. And very decently priced. Very bright light and with different colors white, soft, bright, sunlight etc. 6 speeds of fan. Love the convenience of the shutting the light from the comfort of by bed with the convenient remote. Will definitely recommend and buy again for additional rooms.
