Easier than IKEA furniture to put together
You never know what you are going to get when you order on line, but the reviews were good so I took a chance. It arrived packaged well. Everything was labeled clearly and the instructions were very clear. All the holes lined up perfectly and it took me about half an hour to put together. Iâve put many IKEA pieces together, but this was way easier and it looks better than expected. Very sturdy and plenty of room for all my walking shoes as well as a cushion on top for extra seating. Highly recommend.

Goes together well and looks good.
You never know about some of the self assembly furniture but this one turned out to be what we needed and a good sturdy unit. The assembly was easy and itâs very sturdy when you sit on it. I use it daily in our closet. Highly recommended.

So good Iâd buy more if I could
I bought one in an odd compromise to create a cubby divider for clothing storage that has nothing to do with shoes . On look and price it was ideal, particularly with the dimensions it offered. Big first plus? Itâs ridiculously easy to assemble. Upon use I find it sturdy, ascetically pleasing and well made for the long term. So much so, I purchased another to create a shoes off area at the front of my house . And honestly ? If I find more spots or uses in my house for this little cubby Iâd probably by more . Who knew a simple little shoe cubby could bestow such organizational joy ? ð

Love!!! Great size, great quality, easy to assemble!!
I bought this one to replace a flimsy extendable rack that was a disaster (shoes kept falling off) for my entranceway for myself and my renters/roomies. My challenge was finding one that would fit under my entrance table (sofa table). This worked perfectly! It was fairly easy to put together. I like that the backing used screws vs nails (though would have preferred backing being one sheet vs. two).Since I wasnât using it for the âbenchâ feature, I didnât attach the pad, but opted to attach a piece of rubber mat I had from another project (I used carpet tape to give it a little more grip to the rack). This gave me a âtop shelfâ that would be easy to clean and more storage for more shoes – especially the larger ones.If this came in cherry it would have been perfect, but the espresso works with the cherry furniture, so overall I am very happy with it!

Great Design
I gave this shoe bench 5 starts but it had only 1 small flaw. The dowels used are not made of hardwood and I easily broke 2 just moving the bench around during assembly. (Used my own dowels to complete)The bench is very sturdy. The seat cushion is Velcroâd on and has a zipper for removal and washing. The cushion is thin but this bench isnât for relaxing.Assembly was easy – mind the instructions about keeping the holes at the back (for placing the backing on) and when you put the sides on make sure all the holes for the adjustable shelves are on the inside (oops).

Good value, easy to assemble, keeps things neat
Bought this to organize the shoes at the front door. It does that perfectly. All our shoes fit inside just fine. I assembled this myself (68 yr old female). I had a power screwdriver, but mostly didn’t need it. All the pilot holes lined up exactly, the instructions were clear, and it only took about 2 hours of leisurely assembly time. This is not “fine furniture” but at a little over $100 I didn’t expect that. Still, it looks nice, it’s sturdy, and it does the job.
