Great quality, comfortable sleep, and excellent delivery service
This mattress arrived in perfect condition, and I have to give the Amazon delivery team a shout‑out—they were polite, careful, and prompt. We like it, its comfortable, not too stiff – has a buttery feel without too much give.
I was skeptical and researched a lot because it is a big purchase and a major inconvenience should it not work out, but I’m happy to report that my wife is sleeping very well – her back issues are gone and I’m pretty happy with it also. I should mention however that we’re not heavy people, I’m tall and about 220lb so not light, but not overweight and my wife is around 120lb?Also in terms of comfort, it is nice – you lay on it and you feel the mattress giving you the right support whilst feeling comfortable and enjoyable. When my wife moves I can barely feel her movement – so that’s another nice thing.

Sleeping good
I really like this mattress. It did take about a week or two to break in since it’s fairly firm. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is that I’d prefer it to be just a bit more plush. Setup was easy and it feels high quality overall.

Dreamcloud is the right name for this Update! Two months in and very satisfied. The mattress alone solved 90% of my pain, but I got greedy and went for 100%! I found the answer in the viscosoft 2 inch gel foam topper and a bamboo padded topper on that to help with cooling. That plus this mattress has me pain free every night and I sleep easily on my back. I need a catapult to get into the thing but it’s worth the trip .didn’t know a mattress could be so life changing. I’m in my 60s with some arthritis in my hips and shoulders. I also struggle with back pain issues. I am a reformed stomach sleeper as I know that’s tough on my back. I have been sleeping on a Nest Alexander Signature medium firm for 8 years. I actually thought it was fine until I tried this. This is soft yet supportive. As soon as I lay down I feel instantly comfortable and ready for sleep… even on my back which is wonderful. I weight about 155 and am 5’ 9” for reference. It truly feels like heaven to me. I’m glad I spent a day doing mattress research

Price to comfort is amazing
This bed is exactly what a was looking for you can’t beat the price. I was looking for a bed around $1k but I came across this and it had all the features a $1k bed had so I thought I would give it a try and wow it’s amazing you just can’t bet the price it’s very comfortable and has plenty of support my back has no pain also my shoulders have no pain and I like to sleep on my stomach or side and the bed just conforms to your body it is definitely worth it for the price.

Comfortable and cool. Not firm, but you may not care.
Super comfortable. But….this is not a medium nor a firm bed. I still sleep great in this bed, breathable and cool. Very hard to get out of, gotta roll out of it. 1. Because it is comfortable. 2. Because it is to soft to get leverage. If you need a firm bed, get the other Dream Cloud styles NOT the Luxe. Sometimes I sleep on the Dream Cloud memory foam in the spare room for some firmness, as I have always been a firm bed person, but I love my Luxe.

Not at all what I expected 🙁
This mattress is significantly more firm than I ever thought possible given the reviews, and I like a firm mattress. I don’t feel any semblance of memory foam even though it’s a hybrid, and I personally prefer a hard memory foam mattress that gently molds to my body. Nothing about this mattress feels soothing. I’m going to add a topper and see if that helps before returning it. It’s been taking me 1-2 hours to fall asleep the last three nights no matter how exhausted I am. Such a bummer.

Back pain after a month
It was very soft and not firm but first month the coils still held my body straight, but after a month you get back pain and hips aren’t too supported, i feel back pain every time i sleep on my side, i am 140lbs and i wish jt was firmer, it definitely doesn’t feel medium firm at all, so its not bad but its just not for me since i was looking for something medium firm and something i can sleep on my side sometimes
