Fabric is soft but not great quality; definitely not chenille and it makes the overall color of the couch look dull. Assembly is easy enough if you follow the instructions however the armrests are loose because there is nowhere to add a screw that is clearly detailed as a step in the instructions. It’s like they forgot to add that screw hole when they made the couch seat. The entire couch was neatly packed in two boxes and arrived faster than expected. Overall its ok for the price but nit as I expected.
