Table was really nice. Better than I was expecting. Assembled easily and has nice wood and finish. Also purchased 6 matching chairs. Very pleased snd happy with purchase.

Truly a nice set of furniture for your home.
I did a lot of local shopping looking for a new dining room set but everything just seemed so so or was way out of my budget. My current one was frankly to big although it was the same color as my new one. Black bottom cherry tops. I read all the reviews of this product which were extremely helpful and decided this might be the one for me. It came within a week and the delivery service was very easy.I was surprised with the delivery truck it was one of those absolutely huge semi trucks from the freeways. It only came with one gentleman and it was quite a load for him but what a sweet guy he was. I gave him some homemade fudge for his time and trouble and you would’ve thought I gave home a million bucks.It did take me four hours to put everything together. It was packed very very well lots of padding separation with Styrofoam etc. I know some folks have said they’ve had scratches on the table but I did not have a one. You’re going to have up a lot of cardboard and Styrofoam to discard but I appreciated their efforts to keep their product in good shape during shipping.When not using the butterfly leaf this table us a bit smaller than what I had which is what I wanted. I seem to have a lot more room now in the dining area. I also like the fact that it has a pedestal base instead of four legs. It seems made extremely well very sturdy.As to putting it together the directions were pretty straightforward and they supply all the tools.However I was a bit confused as to removing the butterfly leaf and putting it back in. Just take your time and also make sure the table itself is open to its absolute maximum.It seemed a bit bulky and awkward to put the butterfly leaf into place in the unit so I put some padding on both sides of the spread apart table so that I wouldn’t scratch anything. Just a hint for those of you putting it together!All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase I can’t wait to use it for Christmas.

Pretty Table – Good Enough for the Price
I ordered this when it was available through Amazon itself and delivery was on time and professional. The table and chairs arrived in 5 well packed boxes. There were no scratches or damage.Everything went together well, although the chairs were challenging because the holes didn’t line up exactly in some places.Table and chairs are sturdy. I’ll definitely get placemats to protect the top. One thing I didn’t notice from the photos is that where the leaves pop up and out to form the oval (cool mechanism), it forms an “H” of grooves. I can imagine crumbs getting stuck on these grooves.Overall, I’m satisfied. The table is not going to get heavy use. I worry about the finish a bit, hence the four stars.

I love it! It’s exactly what I wanted and looks great in my dining area. It’s so well made and was fairly easy to put together. There were no marks or scratches on it.

Fine dinning at a reasonable price. Buy it!
I could have saved a lot of money had I purchased this product 3 years ago. Beautiful craftsmanship. I think the most difficult part of assembling this product were the chairs. Everything fit together perfectly. I like the beautiful colors. I purchased a table cloth separately to protect the finish. My wife loves it. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a new dinning table. My son said WOW! I agree.

Solid Nice Looking Set – No Issues
Black/Cherry: Received in two days via FedEx. Four boxes, all in good shape. Put everything together pretty easily in less than two hours by myself with no issues at all. Butterfly leaf tested, no issues/scratches. Not one scratch anywhere, on any of it. Very solid, nice looking set. Definitely worth $587.
