They send out defective products and include wrong parts and make you pay to return and hope you get a refund. Do not buy from East West company a subsidiary of Bison. Weâve lost so much money

Good Product, Excellent Company
I Love the table. It arrived in good condition. My situation: we put the base together no problem. When we put the table top to base together, we followed the guide, the screws went through the table top. (Screws were too long for the table.) Called Amazon, they put me in contact with the company. The company contacted me in a timely matter. They were very concerned with what had happened. They requested photos. This had not happened before to their knowledge. (I asked) I worked with Evelyn from the company. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. I greatly appreciate the patience and kindness extended to me. The Result: They will send me another table top with the correct size screws for the table. I will recommend buying this table OR anything from this company. The customer service given to me was great, 5 stars.

Table
My first table I received the circumference on one part I damaged which made one of the screws were stripped.I emailed the manufacturer, they had me send pictures. Within a week the table top was replaced. I was very impressed. The table top was very easy to put together and looks great. You cannot go wrong, the price is definitely fair.

Contrairement Ã la plupart des meubles aujourdâhui, cette table est entiÃ¨rement faite de bois.La couleur chaude est parfaite et se marie bien avec le buffet et les chaises que jâavais dÃ©jÃ .Le bÃ©mol est que les empiÃ¨cements de bois sur le dessus de la table sont trÃ¨s apparents. On voit trÃ¨s bien la forme de chaque piÃ¨ce (Ã§a ressemble Ã un plancher) mais Ã§a ma va quand mÃªme. Avec un petit centre de table, Ã§a devrait adoucir le tout.Ã noter que le pied et le dessus de table sont livrÃ©s sÃ©parÃ©ment et il peut sâÃ©couler plusieurs jours entre les deux livraisons.

Texture on top
This is a great table. I put it in my kitchen. It is sturdy and looks nice. My only complaint is cleaning it. The top has these little groves all over. I have considered putting a coat of polyurethane over the top to smooth it out. Its tough to clean and the black comes off if you clean too much. Other than that, I love it. If you’re on the fence, I say get it. But before you put it together, take the top and put a coat or 4 of polyurethane. It would make it easier to clean and preserve the top color longer.Super easy to put together. Perfect size for 2-5 people playing cards and dinner for 4.

Nice little table, very fast shipping.
Was hoping this would be here by Christmas Eve (expected delivery Dec 24-30) and was impressed when it arrived three days earlier than expected on the 21st, two days after ordering! The table itself is sturdy and just the right size for four chairs, the paint is rich and sleek, and it wipes off nicely despite some of the comments I read here about the streaked appearance on the top (this being the only part that is not made of wood on my all-black model).

Very nice!
Arrived early. Easy to assemble. No damage, packed well. Sturdy solid wood. Goes well with our existing dining room chairs, which we weren’t using. Slides easily on area rug. We’re happy with this purchase. Great value for the price.
