FedEx is not a great shipping source!
The couch is lovely, comfortable. And super simple to put together a child or a monkey can do it. Hahaha. But!!!! Fedex may not be the appropriate shipper to use. I got 1/3 on 12/13 contacted someone off Amazon whom said it shows 2/3 will be here 12/15 and the final piece 12/16. Well that’s not what happened. 12/16 I got the piece they said was coming that day but the piece that was supposed to be here on the 15th didn’t show until the 18th. Strongly believe the seller, FedEx or Amazon should give me some kind of credit of some sorts. I thru out old couch on the 14th because I thought it all was gonna start coming in.

Product(YES)/ Shipping & Tracking TERRIBLE
Got my recliner. I didn’t get all tracking numbers because they sent it in four pieces. Center and two half’s of the love seat and the recliner all separate. I got the recliner today the center part of the love seat two days ago. However the other parts of my loveseat haven’t even left the warehouse… I had to create a fedex account to even get tracking information. Which doesn’t show any estimated delivery time date. The recliner is great so far easy to put together. The reclining ability is smooth and not jerky. Looks and feels amazing. Would have been five stars but the whole aspect of not knowing when all my parts will show up not getting all tracking info. That’s just not okay.
