Follow through from customer service to resolve issue.
Overall quality of product fits for the low cost of the desk. I initially had issues with the desk not raising continually without requiring multiple button presses. Customer service was responsive and sent out a new power supply which resolved issue. Desk now raises and lowers smoothly and works well. Five stars given for cost and customer service.

Great desk for the price, not business grade though
This is a very good desk for the price. It would be a great home office sit and stand desk. It does not have the weight capacity to be safe in a business environment where people may lean or sit on it due to the 175 lbs weight. For home use I would give it a 5 of 5, for business office I would go with a more robust unit.What I do not like is that it’s a single motor desk. This makes it use a long rod to reach the other leg but again for a kids room or a home office the desk is great. I would have preferred a solid table vs 4 pieces. You also can push on it and feel the desk flex so it’s not something you could ever sit on without risk of it breaking or exceeding the weight capacity.At 100 bucks on sale vs the 500 for a business grade desk it has a lot of value for the price.
