One side was sewn incorrectly so the pole couldn’t slide through. I got the Med which was too big for my balcony w/ two 6 lb dogs. The I returned it and ordered a smaller one from a different website which seems better quality.

The raised bed with sun cover was a big hit with the pup. The ice packs didn’t add much value but she enjoys it regardless. Good buy!

We had this for less than a week before the poles bent in half and snapped. I bought two and both kept falling apart. This bed is not for xxl dogs and the weight limit isn’t accurate. Cheap China garbage at its finest.
