Poorly Made
I ordered the 1st urn in November, the spout didn’t work. I thought it was broken & I ordered a replacement. The spout didn’t work on the 2nd one as well. It’s a defect in the design. I’m replacementing it with a completely different brand.

We use this product for hot chocolate and it works great! It keeps the water hot and dispenses easily. Very easy to fill and to clean.

Work great
Got this for Halloween so we could pass out hot chocolate to all the kids for cold night work great got the water nice and hot though the only gonna have to get another one ð we had so many kids this one alone couldn’t handle all of them and get the water heated fast enough but did great over all

Bottomless pot for gatherings
Well made sized to serve large crowds. Easy to use, looks so vexpensive. Very good coffee pot for the price.

Not worth it
Had for less than 60 days and the pour spout won’t stop leaking. Not worth the money for it to wear out so quickly

Exceptional purchase!!!
I bought this to use at a function for elderly residents at an apartment complex. I was so pleased with its performance and itâs looks! Itâs really a nice piece! Very attractive! And it its looks up easily and quickly! I have another apartment complex that I do functions at and Iâm going to buy a second one of these for that one! I totally recommend this product!

Works as expected
I pass out hot Cocoa at Halloween and it keeps it hot. We get so many kids that I have a stock pot of Cocoa on the stove for backup to refill. Very handy.
