This smart lock is fantastic! Its modern design elevates my doorâs look, and the 15-minute DIY installation was incredibly easy. Decent smart lock, but non-replaceable cylinders
I got one of these to try out. I like that the keypad is real buttons vs a touchpad, and it was pretty easy to set up. It works fine with the app, and it’s pretty easy to manage codes. Also it’s cheap compared to most smart locks, let’s not forget that.Where it would be nice is if you could replace the backup key cylinder on it with another one. The one that it comes looks like it works with standard Schlage keys, but it’s just a little shorter and the face of the plug is just a little narrower in diameter than a normal one. This means that you’ll have trouble if you want to replace it with a standard one. While it looks like you can modify a normal cylinder to work with it, it would be nice if it just worked with the standard.That said, working with standard keys is at least progress from the non-standard ones they used to have.

Awesome product
I truly love eufy products. I purchased this because our old lock hadn’t been updated since the 80ies. The installation process was maybe 10 minutes. And it connected easily to my existing eufy ecosystem. The lock is definitely sturdy and robust and it was an absolute steal for what I paid. I like the individual codes, while still having a physical key option. Overall I highly recommend this if you are looking for a great lock and not wanting to break the bank.

Super easy install both from a hardware and software perspective. Simple to connect to alexa, as well.Buttons work well, very responsive (this is not true for some brands).Sleek and elegant.Great price.

Easy to install, reliable lock
This is a perfect midrange deadbolt that filled a gap in the eufy lock lineup. I didn’t need the $100+ lock with finger print ID. I just needed a simple wifi lock with keypad. This works great and when purchased on sale, it is a great value. As I have said in my other eufy lock reviews, eufy needs to add the ability to transfer entry codes and fingerprints between locks on the same account. This would save me a lot of time entering everyone’s codes into the app and then getting everyone to train the lock with their fingerprints.

Drains batteries very quickly
It works really well and the app is simple to use, perfect for a rental (as you can cancel the tenant access code in case of overstay) but too bad that it sucks batteries like crazy, 1 set of 4 AA every 2 or 3 weeks. Rechargeable batteries is a must…

This was a really simple smart lock for my front door.It took me less than 20 min to remove the old one and install this one. I had to buy it because my old one just broke completely.The set up was super easy and assembling it as well.What I liked the most is the management of codes you create.You can assign them to work once, assign hours where they work, and also keeps track of what codes are used via the app.I wish I had spent a bit more and get the camera one, but I already have the google nest.It is still a great smart lock! Let’s see how it behaves in canadian winter.
