Defective and Unusable – Very Disappointed
I was excited to set up this standing desk, but unfortunately, the product I received was completely defective. The center rod of the table, which is critical for assembling the surface, had its screw grooves upside down. This design flaw made it impossible to attach the tabletop.I expected better quality control for the price I paid.To make matters worse, the return process has been a nightmare. Amazon has been no help at all. They simply directed me to contact the seller, leaving me to handle the return entirely on my own, and we have to bear the shipping cost. This level of customer service is very disappointing, especially for a purchase of this kind.Returning this item and would not recommend it to anyone.Save yourself the frustration!

Attractive desk, perfect height adjustments
Put together within an hour. Looks nice, adjustable height is very accommodating for needs ( work, treadmill, meetings, etc). Follow the picture instructions to a tee as can be a bit tricky. If motor does not work correctly, try holding up and down arrow for 5 seconds to reset it. All in all, good value for a nice desk. I added video but AMAZON’s Censoring A$$ cannot seem to approve it although COMPLETELY PG and simply instructional/informative. Makes zero sense but will try to upload one more time for a visual of the product.

Doesn’t work, seller is horrible
If I could leave less than one star I would. Desk does not work. Doesn’t lift, it arrived with a chunk missing out of the top. I provided an image of the gash in the desk. There’s no way to tell it doesn’t work until fully assembled. So I spend two hours putting this piece of trash together. Its unstable. Top is two pieces held together with pegs. The Order confirmation told me it would arrive in a week, when I didn’t arrive on tile the supplier didn’t care. Told me âits still within the windowâ which was not the delivery window I was guaranteed and took two weeks to arrive. Now that it isn’t working they sent a 15 item list to complete. I am not tech support, I am a customer. I sent images of the damage and that should be sufficient for someone to provide ample customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Heavy duty desk
The instruction manual could have been more explicit in directions which took me over 3 hours to translate into putting the desk together. You also need a a driver that has a magnet head for the 7 screws to put the top to the metal frame. The plastic attachment to the adjustment for height motor were broken off – fixed with epoxy for plastic. Hoping it holds – need to wait for 24 hours to use. Desk is very sturdy, solid, and the wood is beautiful. I am planning on using it as a drawing table for my artwork. It has enough table surface to hold all my markers and paints. Plus now I am able to work on several different pictures without putting them away to work on another while one is drying. It was worth buying for the money, even thru I had to figure out the different angles the diagrams were showing. Have to put the electronics on it yet.

Not recommended, doesn’t work, got refund
I bought this 48×24 dark brown wood color desk. I was issued full refund from seller, still giving 1 star so others don’t waste so much if their time on this product.First manual for assembly is really really worst, no help there. So be prepared to spent some time on that part.Secondly, after i assemble the desk after all the trouble and the thing doesn’t work after all the effort i put into it. Tried reset the motor few times, green power light is on but the motor doesn’t work to turn.So i pack it back, asked for refund. Anyhow not worth your time, please stay away.

Defective Product
The setup was a little challenging. I lost a screw in the frame of the legs b/c of the method to screw them is tedious.I’m very disappointed. The buttons do not work, I constantly press the buttons up and down, nothing. I use the reset method and it raises the desk to the highest point and it can’t go down. I don’t understand.—UPDATE— 12/2024I have a defective desk, specifically the motor. It took three weeks of emailing their customer service team, going back and forth on finding a resolution which led to my initial request — issuing me a refund for a defective product.The refund process was frustrating, their team requested proof so I constantly had to send and provide video for every request to demonstrate that the desk was not working. My words alone were not enough, the three weeks I spent sending an email back and forth was not enough, they required video proof. I was not asking for a free desk, I spent hours searching for a desk to fit my budget and being sent a defective desk that I cannot use just added on to the frustration.The company’s return policy would have required me to send back the desk and bear the cost of shipping which was unfair because the productive was defective and the customer would have to bear the cost. I would understand if the desk was not something I wanted but it was, but defective.I did not enjoy the process to get a refund for my defective desk and would not buy again from this seller.

Motor Stopped Working after 1 week.
My husband bought this for his WFH job. We assembled it just fine, standing desk worked at first. Then one day it stopped. We unplugged and replugged, nothing worked. It shows a green light but the button doesn’t function. We returned.
