Amazing product and guest service
The door lock is very easy to use and it looks very luxurious. A guest service specialist helped me install it by walking me through the steps on FaceTime. They were very helpful and the door lock was well worth the money.

Worst lock ever
Works 10% of the time, consistently locked out of our house. Would return but last day to do so was yesterday. Total bummer, itâs a terrible product.

Great customer service!
Weâve had this lock for a few months and love it.It has several options to unlock the door, and creates a sense of safety and ease getting in and out.Unfortunately, the motor in our lock went out a few months in. I reached out to customer service and April responded quickly. We had a replacement ordered within minutes of starting our conversation. I was sad to see our lock not work, but was so very pleased with the customer service of this product.

Nice Set
Installed easily and nice gold painted appearance (polished brass would be amazing) but requires attention to detail during install to ensure key lock tumbler in correct position or it will not release key when locked and interferes with deadbolt full range of motion. NOTE: Customer Service in US is third party information gathering only…Tech Support is in China and not available until after 8 p.m. EDT.I used Next Lock app and it worked flawlessly during very user friendly connecting process.

I bought this lock on Amazon last August. I was attracted by its beautiful appearance. It is very convenient to use and very practical. It can be unlocked in several ways, such as fingerprint, password, electronic key and ordinary key, which makes our life very convenient.Last month, I found that the lock was broken. I contacted the customer service by email. Helen responded to me quickly, replaced a new lock for me, and gave me a two-year warranty . I am very satisfied with the customer service’s ability to solve the problem quickly. I will recommend friends to buy their products.

Great technology and ease of use.
I was looking for a lock that would be easy to use for all of the people that I let into my house without handing out keys. It has been very useful because of the variety of ways you can unlock the door through fingerprint, passcode, e key or regular key. I like all of the security and the various ways you can generate a passcode. I also love that I can use the gateway and remotely lock and unlock the door in cases where I donât want to provide an access code to someone. I was having an issue getting my gateway connected to my lock and got in touch with customer service and Elaine couldnât have been more helpful. We ended up having a video call and she walked me through all of the steps and we were able to get everything working in perfect order. All in all, it has been a great purchase and would buy again.

Consume mucha baterÃa cuando crees que dejastexla puerta cerrada nunca cerrÃ³, compre dos de estas y es lo mismo la de la puerta principal se tranca y no habrÃ© trate de comunicar con el vendedor todavÃa espero su respuesta y en amazon se expirÃ³ el tiempo de retorno aunque ya la habÃa cambiado pensÃ© que salio con problemas y paso lo mismo me descuide y se paso el tiempo de retorno tanto la negra como la dorada
