La chapa se pidiÃ³ de color plateada pero llego de color negro. A la hora de la insta uno es muy facil, pero por el grosor de puerta de puerta se tuvo de ajustar y fue un proceso tedioso, para reo problema es que en los instructivos no viene que aplicaciÃ³n ni clml se configura la chapa, pero viendo en las fotos de promociÃ³n de producto se veÃa la aplicaciÃ³n y el nombre, y fue la Ãºnica manera de ver que la aplicaciÃ³n para su uso es TTLock, con la app es de lo mÃ¡s sencillo la configuraciÃ³n, y ya cuando terminas de hacer toda la insta uno, la manija funciona muy bien, pero si se tuvieron varios problemas de por medio, fuera de ello, todo perfectos .

Pay the extra money and get this one. The product comes with pretty clear instructions and everything needed including batteries. I was reluctant reading reviews that any finger can open and that is simply not true. I have had many fingers attempt to open and they failed unlocking.Programming is simple using the app, from adding finger prints, personal codes, and Bluetooth entry. My finger and my wifeâs finger is opening the lock at the press of the pad every single time without fault. I also like that I can have it on quite mode so it makes no audible sounds.With the others tried they were cheaper by 15 dollars or more however it takes several attempts to unlock typically. It was also a bit of an issue trying to get the sound off.I can not recommend these locks enough. We have placed them in areas we donât want our toddlers to enter rather than the parent proof door contraptions that make me insane with frustration trying to fiddle with when in a hurry. Kids will explorer with it and they became uninterested in the locks after 45 minutes of trying to unlock the door.An added bonus is that it keeps your spaces secure where one may not normally lock a door. I tried the keys that came with them and have them stashed away in case there is ever a fault and they are very difficult to pick locks; very similar keys to modern day cars that are hidden within the key fob.

You need this product ! Life changer !
I have a bad habit of always locking my doors, even if Iâm just going to the bathroom. I love my privacy but in my lifetime Iâve already broken two doors and a lock due to the fact that I always forget my keys or my backup keys inside my room. It was beginning to get really annoying and expensive, having to buy new doors and locks and getting extra copies of keys all the time. I finally came across this amazing product that provides me with finger prints, unlimited codes, and an extra set of keys in case the battery dies. Iâve been using this product for a while now and I just love it . The moment I shut my doors, my room is locked and I don’t have to worry about locking it myself, that way Iâll never forget to lock my doors. One of the many reasons I always forget my keys inside my room is because I dislike giving people access to my room when Iâm not around and due to emergencies sometimes i have to and I would always have to change my hiding spaces and it became hard trying to keep up with it, which is why I love this product so much, If I ever need to give anyone access to my room I just give them the code from my phone and the minute they leave my room I can delete it and put a new one, from anywhere Iâm located. I also love the fact that it keeps track of all the times my door has been opened and with what it was opened with, if it was with a certain code and whosoever fingerprint it was opened with, or if they even used the key. This product has definitely changed my life and saved me a lot of money .

All-around robust lock and excellent customer service!
Iâve had this lock about a year and a half. It was not hard at all to install. It works so well and I love that I can text someone a code to get in, add a temporary fingerprint, so many other functions that I donât use. I had no problems adding fingerprints. The app that goes with it never glitches. I finally had to change the battery recently and due to my error, I broke a jumper on the circuit board. I thought it would be a long shot to email the company and ask them to send me another circuit board. I went ahead and emailed them and immediately ordered another lock because I had to have it. They replied to my email promptly, clarified what broken part it was and sent me 2 different types of the circuit board just to be sure. I was able to fix the lock myself and change the batteries. I am so pleased with this lock and the customer service! I added the other lock to my guest room.

SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY SOMETHING ELSE.
I have had this doorknob for 3 years. It worked for with no problems for about 3 months. Then it would randomly turn off and left the door unlocked. When the batteries are dying or dead the app will show them at 100%. The first year the battery would died at about 9 months, then 6 months and now down to every two months. Randomly fingerprints that have not been programmed will unlock the door knob and issues continue to persist. Overall an unreliable product that will leave you locked out or susceptible to someone breaking in to your home. Itâs not worth the price youâre better off buying another comparable door knob at half the price.

EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCT (Post 1 year review)
I ordered this over a year ago on 9/26/22. I wanted to give it some time so I could leave an accurate review. WOW! Iâm so pleased with this door handle. After 1 year of extended daily use (since my prints are not as prominent & hard to detect (but you can choose a numerical passcode that lights up the handle if itâs easier), the battery ðª« has 40% left from its FIRST charge! My son has deeper prints & 9/10 he opens on his first try! Just be aware of your finger placement and donât place your thumb at an angle. I love how you can adjust the settings to lock or unlock at certain times & for guests. Very easy to use. I also purchased a #gateway so I could unlock if Iâm out of town. However the first couple of months I did not have one and the door still did what it should except ofcoarse the virtually unlocking. Great unit and price. Highly recommend
