These shelves are gorgeous
I recently purchased the 8-inch deep by 36-inch long rustic reclaimed barnwood wall hanging shelves from Flyjoe, and Iâm impressed. For such a reasonable price, they are surprisingly sturdy. I wish I had ordered the 24-inch shelves as well to benefit from the multi-item discount.The packaging was secure, ensuring they arrived in perfect condition. I was pleasantly surprised by their beauty; the reclaimed wood provides a vintage feel while maintaining a clean look. I initially bought these to enhance a rental unit, but now I plan to order some for my home.Itâs rare for me to be wowed by an Amazon package, but these shelves definitely delivered. The installation instructions also appear simple and straightforward, making the setup process seem hassle-free.

Absolutely Gorgeous Reclaimed Wood
I could not be happier. The wood has all its natural marks and is very thick. I wish I would have taken photos of the packaging because it was probably the most well packaged item I have ever received. They took great care and making sure it arrived in great condition. Also, the directions were huge and easy to read. I have never seen this before, but it was wonderful to have directions that were so big and on a much larger piece of paper. I included a picture of the directions to show how big they are. I wish everyone would do this.

Nice Look Poor Quality
We ordered multiples of this item because most of them had severe twisting or chunks broken off. The ones that I settled on i will more than likely replace once I have the time to build them myself.

It’s just okay. Only 7.5″
Be aware, it only sits 7.5″ deep if you are planning to add any hooks or wine glass afixments etc.It’s just plain wood, not even a distress barn etc. You can go to Lowes and get the same wood and do this all yourself. You’d probably even save a few bucks. But after considering the amount of time to do the craftsmanship, youd probably break even.So overall, to save time, I’d buy again.Wish I had known it wasn’t 8″ bc the wine racks I ordered are just less than 8 and hang off the ends.

Almost perfect but…
The length, the connection hardware and supports are sturdy and well seated, directions are clear with the exception of the drill bit size, which does not exist in the US. The color and quality of the wood is very inconsistent. I bought 6 and 2 of the 6 were the right color in different boxes. Had i only purchased two i would have been really disappointed. Very very rough and poorly cut on 2 of them. I nearly sent them back but we were able to cut the roughest parts off with a table saw, sand and stain to get an acceptable product for our project. This took a great deal of time, so no out of the box installation. However for the money, they are a good pick, if you don’t mind a bit of extra work.

The wood is really fragile and thin near the support bracket. According to their internal packaging they would replace anything that wasnât up to standard. So far, they have ignored 3 emails.
