They are extremely well packaged. There are even little ribbons under the bracket to assist in removing them for the install. They came with en extra screw and drywall anchor for a 2 pack. The included attachment hardware was sufficient for our application. Unlike IKEA shelves where there is no hardware included because they know not what kind of wall surface it will be attached. Now for us, they look perfect for our application which is to hold our alcohol carafes. They seem sturdy enough to hold these not light bottles and contents to a drywall and plastic tile surface.We like them a lot.

Sags ever so slightly with some weight on the shelf but not much. Holes are not perfectly centered which can cause some variability in placement when flipped upside down but horizontally shifted, not angled or vertical.
