The wood shelf is beautiful thick wood that unfortunately are still sitting on my floor because the screws that came with the shelf all immediately stripped and could not be screwed into the wall. One even snapped while I was screwing it by hand. Make sure if you buy this product, that you have your own screws.

I was trying to find shelves that matched our mango wood coffee table and end tables. These came pretty close. They are heavy, solid wood and mount securely. My concerns are that one of the shelves bowed out on the front side instead of being completely straight. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning, so we decided to keep them. My other concern is that one of them had a much darker front than the other. We put that one in a less conspicuous place on the wall. They look great and I feel confident placing items on them without worrying about them falling of separating from the wall.

These are beautiful pieces of wood and added a nice pop to our guest bathroom as well as my husband’s office. We’ve put a medium sized plant and some candles and a small frame to add the just right amount of color to the two rooms. This is a definite rebuy!

Love love love this shelf. Although it is faux, it has such great detail on it including grooves, and isn’t linear, it has some curves along the edge to give it a realistic look. HIGHLY recommend. Easy install too. I tried to highlight the realistic look in the picture.
