Looks better in person!
Pleasantly surprised when I opened the box bc it doesnât look like fake wood in person! It was easy to put together and install on the wall. I wanted to get cords off the floor and wasnât thinking of how this shelf could help hide them. But I wish it was deeper so my Directv box wasnât overhanging by about 1.5â

Defective LED remote
The LED remote that controls the led light strip came with the “power” button pressed in 100% of the time. This means the light strip continuously comes on an off with no ability to reset, power off, repair, or other. Probably will return the whole thing unless I can find a cheap solution to control the LED (sucks when you discover after fully assembly and hanging on the wall). Check your LED functionality first.

Better then expected
Turns out, this is a nice unit. Installation was a breeze for me, but I’m an engineer by trade. For the average person this would be like a 4 for difficulty to put together. We bought the 82″ inch long stand. This unit is well built as it is made from laminated plywood. The lights are a nice touch and stand out at night while watching TV. A regular 120v plug probably would be more convenient to power the lights instead of a USB . To solve this issue we bought a power strip with a built in USB port instead of buying a USB block. With the unit being long I needed help hanging the unit on the wall, with that being said hanging the unit was a breeze.. While the door has slow close hinges be mindful when opening the door. They should have put a travel stop on the door so you don’t damage the hinges if you open the door to far. For the money we paid, money we’ll spent as this is a solid unit, very happy with this purchase..

This TV stand is very impressive. It is really well-made and pretty easy to assemble. This floating stand is perfect for the bedroom because we do not have to take up valuable floor space and we have it at a height that is perfect for our TV viewing needs.
