A great improvement
This oven is a great improvement on the previous model. I like the one touch programming. I reviewed several ovens in stores before deciding on this one. The size is sufficient for my needs, but the ease of programming is impressive and functional. I did not read the manual. I always try to use a product without reading the manual to test user friendliness.

It works great but a couple of things
It performs excellently however, I have still not figured out how to get an exact time on the defrost by weight. No Quick 1 button start for time or quick 30 sec increases, but the performance is on point!

Sparks and does not function. Waste of my elderly motherâs money.
A year and 2 days old. It sparked and stopped working. Very dangerous. It happened to my elderly mother. Very upset. Be careful if you buy.

Good Microwave
I got this to replace the one we had that was nearly as old as my husband when it finally went. It’s easy to use, works well and if you heat something up and leave it there for a little bit, it will ding until you get it out
