I really love this front door lock set, including that there are several options for locking/unlocking it. The finish is lovely. Here is my problem: My door has the older mortise type lock and I have not been able to find any one to install the new lock. It is now too late to return it (and I don’t want to anyway) so if someone knows what to do, please advise! I will write a new review once the lock is installed.I found a very capable, conscientious locksmith to install this door long. It works just beautifully! Generally, I use the fingerprint function after which you hear four beeps and the door unlocks. IMy locksmith told me to be careful that I didnât attempt to shut the door while the deadbolt was out because it could mess up the electronic mechanism in the lock itself, so I set the autolock to 60 seconds but always check to make sure it is not in a locked position if the door is standing open.Itâs a beautiful, high-quality lock that works well. I am also installed the gateway to so that I can operate it remotely. That works just great as well. Now Iâm trying to pair it with Alexa.

Very functional and easy installation with the instructions provided. I wish the weather gasket was a little different but ours is installed under a covered porch so I do not foresee it having issues. Battery life has been surprisingly long for the amount it has been used and the ease of not having to carry extra keys has been a life saver.
I purchased this smart lock heater it is a perfect match for my door. I had to return it because the would not turn do I could open the door. I felt trapped in my own house. I could open the door from the outside only. –
Need to improve the door handle.

So far I love our keyless lock set, it looks nice and very functional. It has mobile app features that allow you to lock and unlock your door by the click of a button and displays on your app if your door is locked or unlocked. I love it. They did a great job making this as well as there is a key set up just in case of wifi is ever down. My husband and I are satisfied customers.

This works 98% of the time sometimes there is an issue with getting it to latch when closing but other than that it works pretty good.
