Arrived as scheduled.
My son was able to assemble this alone in about an hour. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Once assembled it is a sturdy piece of furniture that looks like wood. The bottom drawer is a 2 way and to me it is easier to use from one side than the other. Also the hinges for the top could be more robust. Overall it has a ton of storage space. The top opens up and out to the side so storing it against a wall is not ideal.

Was sent the wrong one
This is a great piece of furniture, even though itâs obvious itâs not real wood. The directions and assembly were super easy to follow and all parts were well labeled. This table is very sturdy and plenty of storage space. There is some care that needs to be taken with lifting and lowering the top. I worry about hinges bending, but theyâve held up. Once raised, the top is the perfect height for eating or using a computer. I was very disappointed that I ordered the model with stools and got the bookcase version instead.

Showed up broken
I’m sure it’s really nice but it did arrive broken. Very dissapointed and thought it would be more durable.

Not what I expected
Very hard to assemble as nothing was pre-drilled holes straight. Had to use wood glue and finishing nails to make sure it stays put together. Will not buy again.

Nice even though they sent the wrong one.
I ordered the coffee table with the bookshelf but received the one with the stools instead.Either way, itâs a nice coffee table with several storage spaces. The drawer on the bottom is two way and the raised table is such a nice bonus for eating in the living room.My husband and son put this together in about an hour. Itâs fairly sturdy though you can tell itâs not real wood.The corner/edge protectors are nice additions too. Itâs a good coffee table for the price. Even if I didnât quite get what I ordered.

I got the wrong item
Reviewing this item has been quite challenging for me. There are several discrepancies between the product description and what I received. I ordered the version with storage stools but ended up with the one featuring a ‘bookcase’.**Cons:**- Received the wrong item- Color doesn’t match the pictures- Item was damaged during transit due to insufficient foam padding- Flimsy hinges for the top- ‘Bookcase’ is a misleading description for that part of the table**Pros:**- The actual color is darker and more appealing than the pictures- Excellent assembly instructions- Took 90 minutes to build, even at a leisurely pace- Plenty of extra hardware included- Overall, the table is very sturdy (except for the top hinges)- Ample storage in the drawers and under the topDespite the cons, I believe the table deserves 4 stars instead of the 2 stars I initially gave it. Improving the packaging would be a great start and would have made this a 5-star item for me. Better pictures showing the true color would also help. The biggest issue is receiving the wrong item, which seems to be a common problem based on other reviews. For me, this is a 4-star item as it meets my needs well, and I would recommend it to friends. However, due to the issues of incorrect item delivery, color mismatch, and poor packaging, I have to rate it objectively at 2 stars so other buyers know what to expect.

Impossible to screw the tabletop to the hinges without damaging the lid.
Very cheap material, assembly instructions are horrible. Impossible to screw the table top to the inside hinges.The hydraulic bar is in the way. And then to get a refund you need to disassemble everything and put it back in the box. Absolutely ridiculous.
