Queen platform bed
Bed frame was easily to assemble. I like it a lot however, for a queen size mattress there are visible gaps everywhere. No box spring necessary however, if you have a box spring & , it’s still does not make a difference . If your queen bed is 80×60 this is not the product . I wish there was a solution to fix this problem . Quality was great & has storage

The most cheaply built bed
Immediately the worst purchase of my life I’ve never built something so unstable and so unsupportive. Didn’t even last one lay and it cracked. 100% wish I could get my money back.

Terrible
Worst experience ever!! Items came with missing parts. Not a single screw to assemble items. I called Amazon and I’m expected to box up these heavy items myself. The box cannot fit in my car so how can I return this item

Solid bed frame, great customer service — small hiccup but resolved quickly
The bed frame itself is sturdy, well-designed, and very easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and the final product looks great in my space.There was a small issue at the beginning — one part in the original package was incorrect, and I initially expected to wait 2–3 weeks for a handcrafted replacement. The seller responded promptly and explained everything clearly. When I shared that I couldn’t leave the parts in my living room for several weeks, they proactively offered to send me a brand-new replacement set instead.The new frame arrived quickly, installation went smoothly, and the seller followed up to make sure everything worked out. They have been very friendly, responsible, and solution-driven throughout the entire process.Overall, despite the initial hiccup, I’m very happy with both the product and the customer support. Great experience!

Cute!
The product takes weeks to arrive but once it does it’s super easy to assemble. Took me about 30-40min alone. It’s super cute and my kids love them so far.
