Works well
This microwave works well but came damaged. Once it was installed you couldnât see where it was damaged. It wasnât packaged well so it would have been hard to return.

Very Satisfied
Installation wasnât that difficult, I would recommend at least 2 people when mounting. Satisfied with product. Did notice that the underside light runs very hot when itâs been running a few minutes, so I do not leave it on for long periods.

Received item with defective turntable, overall build quality not as good as previous models
Already own two older models in the same GE family (JVM3160EF1ES) that we really enjoyed and worked excellently well.This model was purchased as a replacement through Amazon and after installation notice a traumatic decline in build qualityThe preheat settings do not display on screen programming they are designed for? (Ie, pasta, plate, etc) Like previous models did. Also misses any sort of sticker that would show what pre-programmed items like previous modelsDoor is flimsyHeat from under the counter light causes microwave, underside and interior to get unusually warm.Do not recommend this model

Perfect fit and running like a charm
I waited a couple of months before reviewing to make sure I had sufficiently used it. It is working like a charm. It replaced an older GE unit that lasted over 20 years.Delivery was excellent. It came as it did from the factory in a very well packed box with lots of cushioning. I did not feel comfortable installing it, but I’m sure if you were handy with the tools you could easily do it. A Friend cam over and installed it in about 30 minutes.
