For whatever reason, somebody in our building stole one of the two boxes this thing comes in and I just wanted to say after speaking with the seller, I got a replacement in less than a week and they were very understanding and helpful. This bunk-bed is really easy to assemble. It took me and my husband 3 to 4 hours to assemble. The size was perfect and the hole was at the right place. The instruction was right. We just used the instruction and we successfully made the Bed .
