Perfect little pub table for our “date” area
Hubs and I don’t like leaving the house much these days but miss the social feel of being at a bar top in a restaurant, so I built us a “date” area. I was nervous getting a table from Amazon since most of the furniture in my house are antique pieces. However, this is such a solid and sturdy table! Easy to put together, perfect for the space and love the chess top!

Unbelievably nice!
Very easy to assemble and an excellent value! The table even has adjustable feet to adapt to slightly uneven surfaces. Love it!

Nice table, but why the staples??
It’s a nice sturdy table once assembled. I needed a small round table for my entry way and this fits perfect. The two main issues I had with this piece are the fact that it smells like someone poured gasoline all over it and the staples used to attach the parts to the bottom. There are strings stapled to the bottom which hold the legs box in place. These were terrible to get out, once you rip the strings out you’re left with tiny bits of string trapped underneath all the staples. So the only option at that point is to try and remove the staples. The problem is the staples are so embedded in the table they’re almost impossible to get out. I guess if you don’t care what the underside of your table looks like it’s fine, but personally I couldn’t leave it like that. Hopefully the smell goes away with time, if I were using it as a dining table I probably wouldn’t be able to use it.

Very pretty.
The table is very pretty and I’m very happy with the size of it for my small apartment. It wasn’t that hard to put together, but it is a bit heavy. And the other reviews mentioned no screw holes on the top and they’re right. So I just used a little nail that I hammered in a little bit and pulled it out and then I was able to get the screws in from the base to the table top. And there is a square drawn on it so that you know where to put the base. Very happy with the purchase very good value for the money. I included pictures from how it arrived and the finished product.

Table worked great for our needs as a little breakfast table. Quality for the price was awesome and the table is sturdy. Went together very quickly. Everything came well packed in the box and it arrived very fast.

Needed a smaller table for my kitchen nook, this fit the bill. It was easy to assemble but I took off a star because the washers to attach the table to the pedestal were the wrong size. I had some in my shop, if not I would have been annoyed to make a trip to the hardware store.
