Very easy to put together as I did it by myself. Be sure to watch the bolt size because there is a slight difference in size from the ones on center piece versus chairs. I’m giving 4 stars only because the company could have easily put 2 separate holes for the chairs (one for a flat sitting position and one for a slightly reclined rather than one elongated slot which won’t hold very well if a heavier person sits on it. The coating was applied uniformly with no spots being heavier than another. I bought some all weather cushions to put on the seats. Would be awesome if they built this particular picnic table with the true flat top on table and seats like the regular picnic table they sell. All in all I am extremely happy with the product and will do a follow up review after its survived a winter at 8k’ elevation.
