Good product but customer service sucks , they sent me the table with a piece that was manufactured wrong for one of the chairs and when I contacted them , they asked me to send pictures and then I got no response.Still haven’t received a new piece

The hex bolts and wrench that came with this product has to be the worst and cheapest I’ve ever had to deal with. The head strips as soon as pressure is applied. Nothing was easy about putting this together . Called the help line support and it was wrong number or out of service. Don’t ever buy or buy at your own risk.

This table was easy to install and it’s very sturdy. I love the color I love the wood. The only problem I had were a couple of the metal parts were dented but it doesn’t affect the quality or usemanship of the product so I didn’t return it for that reason. It fits in my area for a small apartment and I couldn’t be happier and the price was just right..

The table and chairs work and look play from a distance. The manufacturing was spotty and cheap and had to fix and bend metal as I went assembling it. The “wood” is not wood, it’s some sort of polymer wrapped in a film or sticker that gives it the wooden grain look. The sticker is peeling of around edges and has bubbles under some spots. Table and chairs work just fine. Shipped with damage to the box and many scratches and dings and bends in the metal pieces. For the price, it’s disappointing. Wait to buy this when the price drops to $100.
