Very fancy
Love this fan. Very fancy and love the gold tone. Picture reflects a very bright light, but truthfully its not as bright as I would like. I placed the bulbs specified in the instruction manual and will have to get brighter ones, but for now with the low light its perfect where i have it. Fan feature is great has a powerful air output on Med and High speeds. The low works great as well. Very happy with my purchase but remember to purchase a higher wattage for brighter lighting.

I’m so in love with my new fan! My electrician installed for me and it was a bit of a pain but he really had no issue. He was amazed at how still it is when running. It’s so quiet too. The chandelier itself is just so beautiful. Did a complete redo of my bedroom and this is a show stopper!

***Problem resolved, please see update below my initial review***We redecorated our bedroom. The ceiling fan we had in it was a good quiet fan, but I felt it was dated looking. I found this new stylish one. It took some convincing for my husband to agree to this update. He likes the fan on every night, and he was concerned it would be noisy. Plus, he hates installing ceiling fans! I excitedly assured him it would be quiet. Unfortunately, it was not quiet! The motor makes a constant pulsating hum noise, even on low and the faster it goes the louder and faster the hum goes. There is also a metallic vibration sound as well. It is super annoying! I now understand why my husband didn’t want to take a chance on a new ceiling fan. I have reached out to the seller, who suggested I check for loose screws or one that may have fallen into the motor, but we have not found either of those suggestions to be the cause. ***update***I reached out to the seller again after their suggestions didn’t solve the issues. They quickly shipped out a replacement fan. We installed the fan several days later and we were super happy that the new fan ran quiet as advertised! It was unfortunate for us that the first fan we received was defective, but we recognize that this occasionally happens. The seller was quick to rectify the issue and was great to work with!

Love the fan, install was ridiculous
This fan is truly beautiful and everything I was looking for at an affordable price. However, the setup was insane. The instructions had no words, only pictures. The fixture is also incredibly heavy, and you basically have to assemble the entire thing on the ground and hook up to the wiring as the very last step. Then, it does not tell you it has stoppers by the internal rotation device to keep it from moving during shipping and almost broke it when trying to run the fan for the first time before realizing extra screws were there. Poor instructions and you have to be able to decipher pictures. At no point does it really address the remote control receiver, so you have to spot it on your own and hope you don’t have the entire unit in the ceiling before you realize it is still in the box. Outside of the install and the mass amounts of patience and strength it takes to hold that thing up while you attach wires, it is a beautiful and well-working light and fan. Could be better if the light could be on a dimmer. Still, absolutely worth the money and frustration.

I needed a fan for dining room and light. Wanted crystal, so happy to find this. My husband and son in law installed in about 90 minutes. It works flawlessly. I absolutely love it looks great. The remote is nice too. My only complaint would be in order to reverse directions you need to use a switch on the fan itself cannot do remotely. Delivery was super quick.
