Great Pan as long as you follow recommendations. Very non stick with 0 butter/oil. Eggs are a little different to cook but do not stick. Very easy to clean up with just a handwash. Look great too!

Iâm writing this review about a year and a half after buying the set and can say that Iâve been pretty well satisfied with the set especially at the price I paid. But if youâre someone who cooks multiple times a day/week with them, youâll notice that the nonstick surface wears out and doesnât do itâs job as well after the first year or so.However, Iâm only noticing that happening in the 3 frying pans which are what get used the most in our house. All of the pots still feel like new so I do think this is a set that can last longer if you donât cook as frequently or take the time to hand-wash as opposed to throwing it in the dishwasher.My set has done well to not look very stained either but we bought the same one for my parents and theirs donât seem to have held up as well in this regard, so maybe that just depends on how you care for them.Overall this is a good set, especially if you get it on sale for under $100 like I did. 4/5

If you can buy the set without the utensil set you should because the cookware is excellent.
The utensil set that comes with the pans, especially the spatula, is absolute junk and should not be associated with the Gotham Steel name. I haven’t used the pans a lot yet but, so far they are better than advertised and I couldn’t be happier with them. I have used all of the pans and covers and they have performed exceptionally well in the cooking abilities and clean up. Absolutely outstanding pan set.

Very attractive hammered copper finish. Heats evenly and handles stay cool. Nice glass covers. Clean up quickly. Using wood utensils instead of the black plastic serving spoons and spatulas they included.

â NOT real Gotham Steel (I’m “sticking” to that)!!
I am familiar with GS – I’ve purchased GS sets before and LOVE GS. I wanted MORE of them because my son is always using them and leaving them at his ‘house’ (unattached house on our property – lol).THIS set was AWFUL.First of all, the ones in the pictures are NOT the ones I received AND if you notice, even the pictures (look at the handles in each) are different in every picture. While the original Gotham Steel pans and pots have a thick, almost flat but with a little curve, handle, the ones PICTURED here are NOT all flat … AND the ones I received were ROUND!!! Now, that doesn’t SOUND terrible, except it IS. First, they retain 100% heat (unlike the original flatter handles) which makes you need to use an oven mitt. Well, guess what? TWICE, the pots I was holding with the oven mitt TURNED IN MY HAND!!! The round, slick, thin, HOT handle literally just went with the weight of the food, I guess, and it LITERALLY turned like a doorknob in my mitted hand. LUCKILY I was burned only once because I was wearing pants the last time and I never wear pants! And trust me, this would be a totally different issue if one of our dogs had gotten burned. Anyway, that is just the HANDLES. “AWFUL” does not do them justice.The pots and pans themselves are just visibly different than the originals. You can look at the edges, and SEE how NOT smooth the cut was. No sanding or refining, either. Just … cheap.LASTLY, the REASON that Gotham Steel is one of the most amazing cookware options there is on the market, is because nothing sticks to real Gotham Steel (at least not for a long, long time and much, much use). THESE, that I am reviewing here, had everything stick to them. Eggs, steak, burgers, fries … You COULD take a paper towel to it, but with the original GS, one flick and any residue (oily, etc.) would be gone. With these, you have to work to clean it (them).SO, either GS has devolved terribly – which I refuse to believe; or the set I received was just NOT a real Gotham Steel set. It is packed and ready to go back.Amazon – STOP ‘hiding’ negative reviews. People should have a chance to decide what to invest in based on ALL information at hand – and they WANT to just that, as seen by the upvotes despite my review apparently needing to be searched for. THIS is your top “Negative” Review. Not the three-star one which implies these are ‘okay. They’re NOT.

Only pots and pans I will ever buy!
We LOVE these pots and pans…nothing really sticks to them at all. The few times that I have had a little stickiness the ease of washing was amazing. The color is beautiful and the handles don’t get hot while cooking. I will never buy another brand!

They are by far the best set of pots and pans Iâve ever had. Nothing sticks to them. Not even rice. I highly recommend getting a set. You wonât be disappointed. A++++++. Lids are good but handles get hot. Thatâs the only downfall.

came very well packaged, upon openning I realised some of the pieces were smaller than what I ancipitated, overall they look very nice and for the price paid do the job. One more thing, hand washing is recommended as it may lose colour.
