I love these knives. I had bought a set a few years ago. My son is buying a new place and needs so much so I had to get him a set . You can cut anything and they stay sharp. a size knife for everything. No rust, clean so easily and the handles are an easy grip. They are perfect.

Except for the bread knife, these knives were very sharp and did an excellent job. I found the bread knife not as sharp. I had to saw through sour dough bread leaving a lot of crumbs.

While these were absolutely great when first purchased…the wear wore thin quickly. I’ve had these about 5 months now and cutting/ slicing is a struggle. It requires lots of effort to cut through the most minute foods. So yeah…. great knives but get a sharpener. Maybe the TV version is better.
