Best pans Iâve ever had
Iâm writing this review to help those still unsure if these are the pots for them. I was really nervous when I bought these pans as they are a significant investment. I always read the worst reviews first and then read the better reviews. Iâm not sure thatâs the best approach but because some thought these werenât the best, I thought for a bit before I purchased. Then I read outside reviews, from cooking magazines, consumer reports, etc and that made me take the plunge. Just so you know, I kept the boxes for an entire month without throwing them away in case I had to return. Then I used them for 6 weeks before Iâm writing this review. So you know this is a well thought out and informed review.All that to say, these pans are wonderful. I think people just arenât cooking with them as instructed. I had never cooked on just low to medium heat so not sure I would like that or it would take too long. The reality is it takes very little additional time because the pans conduct heat so efficiently. I use only silicon tools and hand wash with just a paper towel and dish soap, then hand dry. I store them with the pot protector felt pads that came with the set, as well as additional ones I purchased to make sure pots were protected.The reality is these pots cook like a dream, are easy to clean, nothing has stuck in them and zero chipping or scratching. Iâve used them in the oven and on the stove. Iâm sure eventually they will show signs of use, as all well used cooking utensils do, but right now they look good as new.So if youâre still undecided, as long as you use them and care for them as instructed, itâs well worth the investment. Great Greenpan
This is a wonderful set of non-stick pots and pans. Not only are they beautiful, but the heat distribution is very good. And they clean up perfectly. High heat is not required for cooking. The set is not heavy to handle.

Misleading
The quality look and the health component are appealing, but something doesnât add up. Two saucepans of the set had terrible chipping out of the box and after reading other reviews this is a recurring issue. Not sure what is healthy about a coating chipping off into the food I eat? Amazon was somewhat reasonable by offering a partial refund of $58 but that wonât even cover the replacement of the two that are already close to useless. Iâll still use the others and see what sort of run time they provide. My expectation is low.Fast forward only one short month and there are now several chips on the inside of the pans and two of the regularly used pans are already losing the non-stick. I have absolutely ZERO idea how anyone would write ANY of the glowing reviews that are scattered all over for this set. Simply not true and these are junk with no ability to hold up over time. Shame on Amazon for not monitoring reviews in a more responsible fashion. No accountability but we get to buy for bottom dollar while it all goes to hell. Sad state as I walked around the Norfolk mall this past weekendâ¦.

Enjoying the pans but showed up dented
I hate leaving negative reviews, but this one is frustrating. The large saute pan showed up very dented.Worked on getting a replacement to no avail.Only option is to return the entire set, which would work but I’ve used the pans and immediately threw away the packaging. My fault there. As an Amazon seller myself I figured it would be easy to get a replacement.Reached out to Greenpan and they gave me a phone number to call but it was just some marketing number trying to give me a free old person alert device for if I fall.Very frustrated with the customer service here (or lack there of). I’ve owned a lot of greenpans and have liked them, but probably switching brands now. Good pans. Terrible customer service.EDIT; Not related to my review, but moments after the review I got an email back finally from Greenpan (about a week after) and they’re sending me replacement. Love the pans and glad to know they’re replacing the damaged pan.

HANDLE WITH CARE!
To start the new year I wanted to get rid of unhealthy non-stick pans. I did my homework on ceramic pans and it was between these and caraway. These had a better price point but still pretty expensive,so I asked Santa for these.I inspected them fully when I got them to make sure no damage, they were completely scratch free when received. I put them away in a silicone covered rack and even used felt so the lids wouldn’t scratch the pans.They are really pretty, very easy to clean which is what I was looking for, but THEY SCRATCH SO EASILY. I have had them a grand total of 21 days from delivery. I have only used silicone utensils in them, I even donated all our non-silicone utensils so that there would be no user error. The first 3 pics are of the smallest saucepan which I only just used today for the first time.As you can see it has scratches both around the mouth where the lid sits, and inside the actual saucepan (4th pic is to show bottom has no singe marks, first use for this pan). All of the other pans that came in this set have similar scratches after 3 WEEKS OF USE.

Ya tengo con la baterÃa 2 años, he tratado de llevar a cabo las indicaciones para su conservación y vida util….es muy resistente, no se calientan mucho las agarraderas, al inicio no se pegan los alimentos… pero si se pegan despues de tiempo, y si por alguna razón se adhiere algo, no puedes quitarlo con las alternativas de lavado, y se va acumulando mas el conchambre, y al final tienes que utilizar algo recio para poder limpiarlos. y pues ahà está el problema.

Pretty pans but fall short of being non-stick, and that is with following instructions to cook at a lower temperature. Unfortunately too late to return and get my money back.

It will be a year soon that I have been using this cookset. The pans are still non-stick and look lovely. I am very careful about how I use them; using silicone utensils, and storing them. They were expensive but worth it. I love the gold accents.
