Uneven top doesn’t align and refused full refund
This item did not align at the top and seller refused to give me a full refund. They offered me $15 on a$160 product, then increased the offer to $80. They claimed the entire warehouse staff was on vacation for the Chinese new year and there would be nobody to accept the return. I finally had no choice but to accept after trying to explain to them back and forth. Then they tried to blame me saying it was my error assembling it and asked me to send pictures after it was already boxed back up. Horrible outcome and I suggest to order from anybody else.

No screw holes
The instructions were non-existent. There were no pilot holes for the top. Consequently, it was difficult to attach the top to the base. Then the 1/2 top did not align with the 2nd top half.

Pieces may not line up Correctly but with a drill and tape measure it can be fixed
I had to unscrew and measure several pieces to get them to line up correctly. But once I did that it was perfectly fine. Sturdy piece of furniture for the money

Great piece to replace a broken ottoman in our living room! The compartments are nice to have so we can put blankets in them. We have 5 kids and this thing is durable! Cleaning is easy as well!

Pieces donât line up
I like the look of the ottoman but unfortunately, when we put it together, we could not get the sides to line up no matter what we did. I wanted to return it, but canât return it to Amazon and I had to contact the seller. I sent them pictures and I have not heard back. I also do not have the original box. It came in, so unfortunately Iâm going to have to keep it. Iâm very disappointed.
