Looks Great
I was originally very nervous to buy a couch that I hadn’t seen in person but am very happy with my purchase. It came in several big boxes and was fairly easy to assemble. I did struggle when connecting the backs/arms of the chair to the seats but realized later on that you just have to push them together and they will align. The couch is firm which I like and the material feels nice. Very happy that I took the leap and purchased this beautiful couch!

Great but color wrong
It’s a beautiful and well made item, but it does not match my furniture. I feel as if the color did not quite appear in person as it did online. The true product has more of a gray overcast

Comfortable sofa
I actually love this sofa. I did put other legs on it to make it a little taller. The fact that the back is not tall does not bother me. I put extra pillows on it and it is nice and wide and comfortable even to sleep on. I wish I could buy just another ottoman. I will post a picture later

Very happy with the purchase of this beautiful sofa, the quality is excellent. It is worth mentioning that it is also very easy to assemble and it arrived super fast and very well packaged. If you have doubts about buying it, I can only say that you will not be disappointed.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!
THE WORST PRODUCT EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD ON AMAZON! Don’t buy!I wish I could give them ZERO stars!The product came defective as the prescribed holes in the couch are 85% misaligned as the couch is one of those couch that needs to be clipped/slipped in to connect it.Two of the pieces got stuck together mid way due to be defective and I am unable to take it apart or push it down. If I take the item apart, it will cause damage to the item which I do not want.I reached out to the seller about this to get it RETURNED AND I NO LONGER WANT THE COUCH.Not to mention, I AM A PREGNANT WOMAN!The seller insisted on getting someone out to help me, but I advised I do not want the item. I requested a PICKUP TO BE SCHEDULED as the two pieces are stuck together and I cannot take it apart.The seller is telling me to ship it back to them with carrier of my choice with my own money, but I CANT because the item is stuck together. They are literally ignoring everything I am mentioning to them.This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ON AMAZON. And the Amazon team is hardly helping as this is a THIRD PARTY SELLER! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I repeat, do not buy! You will have hell!

Quality
I love the quality of this sectional. It’s soft but yet still firm… I ordered additional feet 4.5 inch for height and it looks great!!! I purchased it in a light beige and I’m in love!!!!! 10/10. I’ve had this couch over a year now and I’m still in love I’ll attach pictures for reference … scotch guard has done great for this couch.

Great quality
This sectional couch was shipped in 6 different boxes that were professionally packed and protected. Really impressed with the care taken to ensure no damage occurred. The couch is great quality, really comfortable, and easy to assemble. I couldn’t be more pleased !

The items arrived on time and exactly as described. The sofa is very comfortable, well-made, and matches the pictures and specifications perfectly.
