I’m extremely disappointed with this sectional. The listing photos show a structured, supportive couch with defined cushions and arms. What arrived is essentially a low, foam-filled modular lounge system with no internal structure. The sofa sits very low to the ground and lacks back support. It feels more like oversized beanbag blocks than a traditional sectional the overall height, firmness, and structure are not accurately represented in the product images. For anyone expecting a standard sectional with upright support, this is not it. The compression shipping process also makes returns extremely difficult once the foam has expanded.Proceed with CAUTION.
