Multiple purchases, always satisfied!!
Weâve purchased multiple sets and have never been disappointed. The first set was for a door, the remaining 14 (yes, fourteen) have been used for window treatments in our log cabin. While it may seem excessive, other window treatments blocked our views and now, when open, our views are unobstructed. When theyâre closed, itâs almost total darkness (light does leak around the perimeter). The ability to add to the total length of the rail has enabled us to move the âshuttersâ to either side of the window opening.The quality has been excellent from the first install through the last. Handsome, easy to mount, exceptionally quiet and very well engineered. While some might balk at the expense, Iâd like to think we saved some money over some other traditional window treatments. At any rate, we are more than happy with the results!

Well made product.
Everything worked well for me I donât know what level of experience the negative reviewers have but I had absolutely no trouble installing the unit. I find most instructions useless but this one was straight forward enough. The most interesting part being that it is supposed to be for standard 16 inch centered studs but shows a spacing of 18+ inches between mounting brackets. 16 inch center studs are only 14 1/2 inches open space. Anyway it went in easily and is working great. Donât be put off itâs a good product.

UPDATE: Unadjustable Rubber Door Stoppers/Crooked
***UPDATE: Costumer service contacted me and was very helpful and sent out a new track. The new track was built the same, but no longer had crooked mounts. The door stopper still doesnât quite line up like I need for my particular door & opening, but we figured something else out to still make it work. This track is very classic and beautiful and I really like the end result.***I loved this barn door track when I bought it and I still think itâs very classic and pretty concept. However, there is a huge flaw in the welded mounting brackets and the rubber door stoppers.They state that the door stoppers are adjustable and the pictures show the mounting brackets as separate pieces, but they arenât separate. The brackets are welded on to the bar (and were even welded crooked), which means I canât move the stopper piece over far enough to allow for my door to be stopped at the proper place within the end of my door frame.I wanted to love this for track, but it has some unfixable flaws.

Smooth Push and Pull
I love this bar for the barn doors. Smooth Push and Pull. Looks great as well. I made my doors myself and with this bar it gave them that expensive look.

Great but instructions can be way better
I love how precise everything is but the instructions are horrible. I am pretty handy and got stuck on step 6. Itâs still never was clear how the metal inserts were supposed to help and expand when they are inserted in the sheet rock so I just used something else. They are responsive and the product is high quality.

Looking for Customer Service Support Number
I replaced my bathroom door with your hardware on a barndoor. Because the door perturbed into the room.I love the look. And at first the performance of the slide was ok. Then it started to stick. I had the installed come back and take a look at it and he told me that the ‘hanger’ piece needed to be replaced. Not sure the correct terminology but it was loose and couldn’t be tightened anymore. And the black rubber was rubbing off.I have tried to find a number for customer service many times and no luck. Their email is hopeless. No-one returnes. Amazon said since they are a 3rd party there is nothing they can. The company is in China. I hope the message reaches someone who can help as the item has a 5 year warrant on it.

I bought this rail because I needed a long one to bypass my light switches. This rail is great. My contractor said the hardware was a bit difficult to figure out and install but he figured it out. I was charged for duty when it arrived. This surprised me as there should have been no extra charges. When I first contacted the seller, they wanted to split the cost with me. I did not want to do that as the receipt clearly said there would be no further charges. They eventually agreed to refund me the entire extra cost. It looks great and the door slides nicely.

The glides are so smooth and very easy to open and close the media doors.
