Great looking urn. Works very well. On my first test we made 20 cups only and the coffee was ready and piping hot in 25 minutes from a medium temperature tap water. Easy cleanup. Does leave about 1 cup equivalent in bottom when emptied. Good this happens because then any grounds will remain out of cups served. Comments on appearance were good. Questions on where we got it always arise. One note is that the cup measurements inside the urn are incorrect. Use a certified measuring device for the amount of water.

I love it still!

Terrific coffee maker!
Bought this for our church when the old one died. Had no idea how bad the old one made the coffee until we stated using this one. Very well made, 60 cup capacity, brews fairly quickly, keeps coffee hot, easy to clean. I felt it was a great value.

Best Investment for a Coffee Urn
Used recently for my parents anniversary party. I originally purchased another brand coffee urn made of aluminum at a store. I had doubts as soon as I bought it and decided to look further into the Hamilton Beach commercial stainless steel version. My only hesitation at that moment was the price but glad I took a chance. It’s definitely heavy duty and well worth every penny. Easy to use…easy to clean and store away for future use. I had to grind my own coffee using the percolator setting at the store – highly suggested. It will be put to many uses.

Does the job but …
This is a replacement for one I don’t know how old. The metal in the basket and lid is thinner so “shrinkflation”. The pieces “wobble” when washing. Still does the job and will last like previous renditions.

Very Happy!
We often have family visit overnight. Plus our teens are now drinking coffee. We pull out this urn any time we have more than 8 people needing coffee in the morning. I donât know how we lived without this coffee urn. It has been fantastic. It does take around an hour to brew if you do a full 50-60 cups. We knew that when we purchased and plan accordingly. Itâs a breeze to use and cleans up well. If this one ever breaks, we would definitely replace with another.

Horrible life expectancy
I am the pastor of a church. We serve coffee to our peeps on Sunday morning. I am in northern Illinois, where the winters necessitate a full coffee pot. This particular urn is ‘pretty’ and from a familiar maker, so we have stuck with it. The MAJOR problem is that the last 2 (yes, 2!) we have purchased have only lasted about 18 months. That is TERRIBLE durability, and when I was disassembling it to see if I could self-repair it, I noticed the three different stickers in different places labeled “MADE IN CHINA.” So…. what used to be a trustworthy American brand is now just basically TEMU Chinese junk. Avoid this purchase and potentially this manufacturer in the future.

This is very good (so far!) and is a beautiful shape compared to other coffee urns on the market. If you need to place your coffee in front of guests or in a public space, this urn is WAAAAAY better looking than others out there. It has a stainless steel basket which is great because it should be long lasting and it is easy to clean. It has a shiny exterior which makes it look much more expensive than it is. I am a little concerned about the spout and hope it will last. I am concerned it may be a little flimsy (it is plastic). If it doesn’t, I shall update this review. If it had a longer cord it would probably be pretty close to perfect but for my purposes it should be okay. Be sure to clean the interior well between uses especially around the spout; for some reason the piece at the opening of the spout discolours easily and almost looks like rust. I will watch this and see what happens. Overall, I am pretty happy with this product so far. Looks great, works great.
