It appears it was packed already damaged. One is packed with inflatable packaging and the other was deflated but taped.This is such a cute and convenient basket but disappointing to only get 3 glasses in tact.

(Update – the customer service solved my issue and I loved the service and the product both)The product is really good but I’mDisappointed as I got a broken plate. Now I’ll have to go through the trouble of exchanging it and all and there’s no guarantee that the other one will come safe as the packaging of the plates and the glass is not great to keep a fragile product
