The metal portion was just a little too thin to be very useful in the kitchen. Preferred the Cuisinart versions of these knives. Will add these to my camping set.

I will update after more testing and see how the edge holds upThey fit nice in the hand and I feel the 5.5 is very nice size that will be used a lot.For they price you can’t go wrong. It’s nice to have some cheap knives that you won’t minding throwing in the dishwasher every now and then.

These are wonderful knive but BE CAREFUL wnen you handle them. The “non” shape side. of the blade managed to cut my thmb as I was washing one of the knifes tonight!!!!
